ABS CEO Alejandro Pardiñas attends ABMA Fall Board of Directors meeting in Atlanta

 Alejandro Pardinas, ABS Atlantic Bearing Services CEO and member of the ABMA American Bearing Manufacturers Association Board of Directors, was in Atlanta for the association’s fall meeting yesterday. A packed program that addressed strategic issues of utmost interest both to the association’s members and for the improvement of conditions for the entire bearing industry. Among the highlights were a presentation of the new Anti-Trust Guidelines & Conflict of Interest Statement; a review of the activities of the various committees with a focus on future programs related to sustainability or the promotion of the industry; a review of the collaboration with the AGMA American Gear Manufacturers Association on the use of data and emerging technologies; and an update with the WBA World Bearing Association regarding the activities of its committee dedicated to combating counterfeit components.
